Well I think that euthanasia is a very difficult desicion by the ill person as much as the relative of that person. For my part I would not like to accept that that is strong for the families of the sick person .. wanted the sick person has already suffered greatly from the disease but we do not decide when we should go from this world but is God. but in many countries have already approved this desicion of what is euthanasia
My opinion is that there must be a respect for the decisions of all individuals and live or die is the right of each, I think when one is suffering severe pain from disease by society says that although they do not cause the discrimination if the slightest hope that it will be relief should be allowed free choice of the parties to end what is called life, that in these situations and it is not, because life is to enjoy the joy of what exists, but it is important by each country to legislate. ..

What is Euthanasia?
Euthanasia is the termination of a very sick person's life in order to relieve them of their suffering.
A person who undergoes euthanasia usually has an incurable condition. But there are other instances where some people want their life to be ended.
In many cases, it is carried out at the person's request but there are times when they may be too ill and the decision is made by relatives, medics or, in some instances, the courts.
The term is derived from the Greek word euthanatos which means easy death.
Euthanasia is against the law in the UK where it is illegal to help anyone kill themselves. Voluntary euthanasia or assisted suicide can lead to imprisonment of up to 14 years.
The issue has been at the centre of very heated debates for many years and is surrounded by religious, ethical and practical considerations.
The ethics of euthanasia
Euthanasia raises a number of agonising moral dilemmas:
is it ever right to end the life of a terminally ill patient who is undergoing severe pain and suffering?
under what circumstances can euthanasia be justifiable, if at all?
is there a moral difference between killing someone and letting them die?
At the heart of these arguments are the different ideas that people have about the meaning and value of human existence.
Should human beings have the right to decide on issues of life and death?
There are also a number of arguments based on practical issues.
Some people think that euthanasia shouldn't be allowed, even if it was morally right, because it could be abused and used as a cover for murder.
Killing or letting die
Euthanasia can be carried out either by taking actions, including giving a lethal injection, or by not doing what is necessary to keep a person alive (such as failing to keep their feeding tube going).
It's not euthanasia to give a drug in order to reduce pain, even though the drug causes the patient to die sooner. This is because the doctor's intention was to relieve the pain, not to kill the patient. This argument is sometimes known as the Doctrine of Double Effect.
Mercy killing
Very often people call euthanasia 'mercy killing', perhaps thinking of it for someone who is terminally ill and suffering prolonged, unbearable pain.
Why people want euthanasia
Most people think unbearable pain is the main reason people seek euthanasia, but some surveys in the USA and the Netherlands showed that less than a third of requests for euthanasia were because of severe pain.
Terminally ill people can have their quality of life severely damaged by physical conditions such as incontinence, nausea and vomiting, breathlessness, paralysis and difficulty in swallowing.
Psychological factors that cause people to think of euthanasia include depression, fearing loss of control or dignity, feeling a burden, or dislike of being dependent.

I think that the situation in all jails is really worrying for everyone especially for the families of the prisoners because they remain in the uncertainty of whether their relatives are alive and the next day are maybe not.In my opinion I think we should create the body for maximum safety in these places, as we know everywhere there too named # mafia # that allows the entry of weapons,drogs,alcoholic drinks and so a number of things involved in the safety of inmates.
The inmates needs a security,the appropriate authorities should create a plan of action where the prisoners are treated respectfully and to promote living in them more consistent with human dignity and to further the education of inmates and never allow inhuman.

The situation in El Rodeo prison has been extremely dangerous lately and people still do not actually know what is exactly happening there. Families from the prisoners do not even know if their relative is alive or not..

Venezuela prison stand-off: El Rodeo inmates moved
Officials say most of the prison is back under their control
The Venezuelan authorities have transferred 2,500 prisoners from a jail near Caracas as they seek to reassert control there.
On Friday, troops took over most of El Rodeo jail in Guatire, after a riot between rival gangs of prisoners a week ago left some 20 people dead.
But a stand-off continues in one prison wing, after attempts to negotiate with a group of armed inmates failed.
The interior minister said some 50 prisoners were refusing to disarm.
Relatives react to the evacuation of inmates from El Rodeo jail
In the meantime, the authorities have sought to deal with the prisoners from the part of El Rodeo they already control.
In the early morning of Sunday, they began transferring some 2,500 inmates by bus to a number of other prisons in the country.
They planned to move the remaining 1,000 inmates later in the day.
Officials say the measure is temporary, designed to protect the fundamental rights of the prisoners.
'Short circuit' fire
Many of the inmates' relatives, however, remain highly anxious about a situation that is still very volatile.
Two members of the security forces and at least one prisoner were killed in clashes inside the jail when the security operation started on Friday.
Hundreds of relatives have gathered outside the jail, where they have clashed with security forces in recent days.
Some of them watched with great alarm as a fire broke out in part of the prison before dawn on Sunday.
The Venezuelan authorities denied that they had started the fire deliberately.
A senior government official, Nestor Reverol, said the blaze - which has since been put out - had been caused by an electrical short circuit and that no-one had been hurt.
Waiting game
Attempts to end the stand-off inside part of El Rodeo have so far failed.
On Saturday, Interior Minister Tareck el-Aissimi said the leaders of a group of inmates - whom he called "hostile" and "negative" - had been using their weapons to exert control over more than 1,000 fellow inmates in that area of the jail.
Mr Aissami told the state television channel, VTV, that the leaders were demanding that government troops - who number some 4,000 - pull out of the jail.
And he said the men would not permit a search of the part of the prison they controlled.
The authorities have been trying to implement a crackdown on guns within the jail, and have so far confiscated a number of firearms and a quantity of drugs.
But Mr Aissami said he was prepared to play a waiting game.
"We'll last out for as long as it takes," he said.
"Time is not on their side. We're on our guard, waiting for them to hand over their weapons."
